Find Your Voice comes with a 30-day Love It or Leave It Guarantee.

This is Our Contract. We believe that communication is central to a good relationship. While none of us wants to deal with complicated legal terms and documents, it’s important to be clear about our expectations and yours once. Although the language of our contract is simple, the intentions are serious, and this contract is a legally enforceable document.

Here’s what you’re getting: You’ll receive: (1) three 1-on-1 virtual Private Coaching Sessions with Roger Love; (2) one Script or Performance Review by Roger Love; (3) one Virtual Studio Mastery: Pro Set-up Guide + Personalized Coaching Session with a representative of Voiceplace Inc; (4) 12 months of Speakers Guild membership and, (5) Access to attend three FYV Level 1 Class of 2022 private live events. Voiceplace will provide these services and program access over an approximately 12-month timeframe, starting when your payment has been received. Dates and locations for live events will be announced as available. Voiceplace reserves the right to convert any live in-person event into a virtual event for any health- or safety-related reason.

Here’s what it costs: You agree to pay USD $9,997.00 or 3 consecutive monthly payments of USD $3,497.00. If you choose a delayed payment plan, you agree to pay a non-refundable deposit of $500.00 up front, followed by 3 consecutive monthly payments of USD $3,497.00 starting 30 days after your deposit was made. If you chose a payment plan initially, you may switch and save by paying off the remaining program fee of up to $9,997.00 less a credit of your initial payment before Day 30 of your program. After Day 30, all payment plans are final, and no discounts will be granted for completing your payments ahead of schedule. 

Your other possible expenses beyond paying the Program fee: If necessary, you’re responsible for your travel, lodging, and meals to attend Program-related activities. Occasionally, you might want supplemental consulting that is beyond the Program. We may offer those services for an extra fee. Before we do any of that extra work or charge you, we will reach an agreement with you about what you want Voiceplace to do and what it will cost.

What happens if you don’t like the Find Your Voice program? We try very hard to make this Program work for all our students. We’re certain that Find Your Voice will make you a more confident, authentic, and influential communicator. If it’s not meeting your expectations, just email [email protected] before day 30. If you haven’t had a one-on-one session yet, we’ll refund your entire investment, less your $500.00 non-refundable deposit. If you’ve had a one-on-one session by day 30, you’ll receive a full refund less than $1,500.00.

This contract is with you. You cannot transfer this contract to anyone else without our permission. You also guarantee to us that any creative elements that you submit (like pitches, stories, or presentations) are either owned by you or that you have permission to use them.  You also acknowledge that we will be videotaping the events and group sessions, and you agree that we can use your likeness, image, photos, etc. in our recordings.

How does 1-to-1 Virtual Coaching with Roger Love work? Out of fairness, all coaching sessions are booked on a first come, first served basis. Payment plan participants are entitled to 1 session per month, as sessions are available, for a total of 3 sessions per program year. If you are paid-in-full, you may book as many sessions as you please in a given month, as sessions are available, for up to three total sessions in your program year. Sessions not booked, or booked and not shown up for, will be forfeited; they cannot be rolled over or reimbursed in any way. All one-on-one sessions will take place virtually, on a Voiceplace meeting platform such as zoom. These sessions are considered private so out of respect for all parties, do not share any video footage, whether from sessions or events, on social media without written approval from a representative of Voiceplace.

Out of kindness to your fellow participants, if you book a session and cannot attend, please reschedule or cancel it. To accommodate as many preferences as possible, we try our best to offer a variety of times of day and days of the week for sessions. We do not guarantee that every month and every session will be convenient for all participants. Out of respect for everyone’s busy schedule, you’ll need to book a session through our official scheduling platform and do so at least 48 hours in advance. You can cancel or change your selected session up to 48 hours before your currently booked session. To ensure accurate login details, any session rescheduling or cancellation must be done through the official scheduling platform (email, voicemail, SMS, or other forms of requests outside of the platform cannot be accommodated). If there is a particular time or day of the week that you’d like to see sessions offered in the future, please email [email protected] to let us know, and we’ll do our best to offer it as an option in a later month.

Earnings Disclaimer. VOICEPLACE cannot and does not guarantee or promise any level of earnings.  Participant’s level of success in attaining results is dependent upon a number of factors, including Participant’s skill, knowledge, ability, dedication, business savvy, network, and financial situation, to name a few. Because these factors differ among clients, VOICEPLACE cannot and does not guarantee Participant’s success, income level, or ability to earn revenue. Participant alone is responsible for the actions and results in life and Participant’s business. It should be clear to Participant that by law, VOICEPLACE makes no guarantees that Participant or Participant’s clients will achieve any results from our ideas or models presented by VOICEPLACE, and VOICEPLACE offers no professional legal, medical, psychological, or financial advice. You should know that all products and services by our company are for educational and informational purposes only. Any financial numbers referenced at our events, in person, or on any of our sites or materials are illustrative of concepts only and should not be considered average earnings, exact earnings, or promises for actual or future performance. 

Video and Audio Recording.  You consent to and authorize Voiceplace, Inc. and its affiliates, agents and representatives to use your name, voice, photograph, video image and likeness, together with your quotes, letters, endorsements and testimonials, whether written or oral in whole or in part (“Communications”) in connection with the exhibition, broadcasting, merchandising, advertising, endorsement, promotion, distribution, sale, resale, editing, training and any other activities (“Program”) related to the Find Your Voice program. 

This right shall include the right to incorporate and use the video, audio, photographs, programming, and all other media, and to reproduce, edit, exhibit, broadcast, replay, transmit, sell, resell and distribute such content in accordance with the terms of this Consent and Release.

You hereby grant permission to Voiceplace, Inc. to film, videotape and/or photograph you and to record your voice, comments, performance, poses, acts, plays and appearances, and to use your picture, photograph, silhouette and other reproductions of physical likeness and sound as part of the Find Your Voice program in accordance with this Consent and Release.

Except for a breach by Voiceplace, Inc. under this Consent and Release, you agree that you will not assert or maintain against Voiceplace, Inc. or their successors, assigns and licensees, any claim, action, suit or demand of any kind or nature whatsoever, including but not limited to, those based upon invasion of privacy, rights of publicity or other civil rights, or for any reason in connection with their authorized use of your physical likeness and sound. 

Except for a breach by Voiceplace, Inc. under this Consent and Release, you hereby release Voiceplace, Inc. and their successors, assigns and licensees, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, causes of actions, costs and expenses whatsoever, at law and in equity, known and unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, which you ever had, now have, or may, shall or hereafter have by reason, matter, cause or thing arising out of their use as herein provided. 

Other legal stuff: If this contract has to be enforced, the law of California will apply and only California courts will have jurisdiction over the parties. We seriously hope to avoid any dispute with you, but if there is one, you agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for damages, including lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of your participation in the Program, even if you have advised us of the possibilities of such damages. Our maximum liability to you will be what you’ve paid us to participate in the Program. If for some reason, one part of this contract becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts are still enforceable.

By completing your first payment and checking the box on this cart, you confirm that you have no further questions and agree to these terms. 
 

You, the buyer, may cancel this transaction at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of this transaction.
