Roger Love’s Master Presenter Program: Terms and Conditions

This is Our Contract. We believe that communication is central to a good relationship. While none of us wants to deal with complicated legal terms and documents, it’s important to be clear about our expectations and yours, once you are accepted into the Master Presenter Program. Although the language of our contract is simple, the intentions are serious and this contract is a legally enforceable document.

Here’s what you’re getting: (1) a 12-Month Journey with Roger Love, including four virtual Group Coaching Sessions with Roger; (2) eight 1-on-1 virtual Private Coaching Sessions with a Roger Love Method Certified Master Coach; (3) three Exclusive Private Live Events (one virtual and two in-person); (4) Program Concierge; (5) Private Social Group for Networking and Collaborations; (6) two VIP Tickets (one for you and one for your guest) to Voice of Success Live 2023 (date and location TBD); (7) one Roger Love's Speakers Guild (12-month membership); (8) one Virtual Studio Mastery: Professional Setup Guide (PDF); (9) Live Event Replays; (10) MP Masterclasses, a Deluxe Training Library, featuring INSTANT Access for a year to a selection of Roger Love’s on-demand courses; (11) Virtual Studio Set-Up, Personalized Solution Session (only if you have paid in full within 30 days of starting the program). Voiceplace will provide these services and programs over an approximately 12-month timeframe, starting when your payment has been received. Dates and locations will be announced as available and are subject to change. Voiceplace reserves the right to convert any live in-person element into a virtual format for health- or safety-related reasons.

What happens if you don’t like the Master Presenter program? We try very hard to make this Program work for all our students. We only offer a limited number of spots in our program and you become an integral part of the experience when you join. If it does not meet your expectations, you can cancel the program within 3 days of purchase to receive a full refund. If you would like to do so, please email [email protected]. Once 3 days have passed, all Master Presenter payments are non-refundable and payment plans are non-cancellable.

Your other possible expenses, beyond paying the Program fee: If necessary, you’re responsible for your travel, lodging, and meals to attend Program-related activities. Occasionally, you might want supplemental consulting, like copywriting or a review of your work, that are beyond what is included in the Program. We may offer those services for an extra fee. Before we do any of that extra work or charge you, we will reach an agreement with you about what you want Voiceplace to do and what it will cost.

(Optional Upgrade, If Applicable) Behind-the-Scenes Access: If you choose to upgrade to the Behind-The-Scenes Level membership, in addition to your Master Presenter entry-level membership, you agree to pay one payment of USD $15,000.00 or 3 monthly payments of USD $5,500.00. You’ll receive everything listed above in the entry-level Master Presenter program plus: (1) three Behind-The-Scenes Days with live APPLICATION Coaching from Roger; (2) two “Learning Lunches” with Roger and the Behind-The-Scenes Family; (3) two in-person VIP Behind-The-Scenes Family Dinners with Roger; (4) two in-person cocktail Parties with Roger and the Behind-The-Scenes Family; (5) one Virtual Studio Setup Solution Session; (6) two in-person Group Workshops with Roger at his studio; (7) Pay-in-full bonus: Virtual Studio-in-a-Box gift. Voiceplace will provide these items over an approximately 12-month timeframe, starting when your payment has been received. Dates and locations will be announced as available and are subject to change. Voiceplace reserves the right to convert any live in-person element into a virtual format for health- or safety-related reasons. After purchasing this upgrade, you have three days to decide whether it is right for you. To cancel, please send an email to [email protected]. If you cancel your Behind-The-Scenes enrollment within 3 days of joining Master Presenter, you will be refunded the full amount of your Behind-The-Scenes payments. Once 3 days have passed, Behind-The-Scenes payments are non-refundable and payment plans are non-cancellable.

How does 1-to-1 Coaching with Roger’s Master Coaches and Small Group Private Coaching Sessions with Roger Love work? Out of fairness to everyone, all coaching sessions are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. You’re entitled to 1 session per month, in the months when sessions are offered, for a total of 4 virtual group sessions with Roger Love and 8 virtual sessions with one of Roger Love’s Master Coaches. Each session with a Master Coach will be one-to-one. Each Private Group Coaching with Roger Love is limited to 10 program participants plus Roger Love. We will ensure enough session spots are available so that every participant can have at least one 1 session in a given month. Sessions not booked will be forfeited; they cannot be rolled over or reimbursed in any way. These sessions are considered private so out of respect for all parties, do not share any video footage, whether from sessions or events, on social media without written approval from a representative of Voiceplace. Out of kindness to your fellow participants, if you book a session and cannot attend, please reschedule or cancel it, otherwise, that session will be forfeited. To accommodate as many preferences as possible, we try our best to offer a variety of times of day and days of the week for sessions. We do not guarantee that every month and every session will be convenient for all participants. Out of respect for everyone’s busy schedule, you’ll need to book a session through our official scheduling platform and do so at least 48 hours in advance. You can cancel or change your selected session up to 48 hours before your currently booked session and select another session, if available, through our official scheduling platform. To ensure accurate guest lists and session login details, any session rescheduling or cancellation must be done through the official scheduling platform (email, voicemail, SMS, or other forms of requests outside of the platform cannot be accommodated). If there is a particular time or day of the week that you’d like to see sessions offered in the future, please email [email protected] to let us know and we’ll do our best to offer it as an option in a later month.

This contract is with you. You cannot transfer this contract to anyone else without our permission. You also guarantee to us that any creative elements that you submit (like pitches, stories, or presentations) are either owned by you or that you have permission to use them. You also acknowledge that we will be videotaping the events and group sessions and you agree that we can use your likeness, image, photos, etc. in our recordings.

Earnings Disclaimer. VOICEPLACE cannot and does not guarantee or promise any level of earnings. Participant’s level of success in attaining results is dependent upon a number of factors including Participant’s skill, knowledge, ability, dedication, business savvy, network, and financial situation, to name a few. Because these factors differ among clients, VOICEPLACE cannot and does not guarantee Participant’s success, income level, or ability to earn revenue. Participant alone is responsible for the actions and results in life and Participant’s business. It should be clear to Participant that by law VOICEPLACE makes no guarantees that Participant or Participant’s clients will achieve any results from our ideas or models presented by VOICEPLACE, and VOICEPLACE offers no professional legal, medical, psychological, or financial advice. You should know that all products and services by our company are for educational and informational purposes only. Any financial numbers referenced at our events, in person, or on any of our sites or materials, are illustrative of concepts only and should not be considered average earnings, exact earnings, or promises for actual or future performance.

Video and Audio Recording.   You consent to and authorize Voiceplace, Inc. and its affiliates, agents, and representatives to use your name, voice, photograph, video image, and likeness, together with your quotes, letters, endorsements, and testimonials, whether written or oral in whole or in part (“Communications”) in connection with the exhibition, broadcasting, merchandising, advertising, endorsement, promotion, distribution, sale, resale, editing, training and any other activities (“Program”) related to the Master Presenter program.

This right shall include the right to incorporate and use the video, audio, photographs, programming, and all other media, and to reproduce, edit, exhibit, broadcast, replay, transmit, sell, resell and distribute such content in accordance with the terms of this Consent and Release.

You hereby grant permission to Voiceplace, Inc. to film, videotape, and/or photograph you and to record your voice, comments, performance, poses, acts, plays and appearances, and to use your picture, photograph, silhouette, and other reproductions of physical likeness and sound as part of the Master Presenter program in accordance with this Consent and Release.

Except for a breach by Voiceplace, Inc. under this Consent and Release, you agree that you will not assert or maintain against Voiceplace, Inc. or their successors, assigns, and licensees, any claim, action, suit, or demand of any kind or nature whatsoever, including but not limited to, those based upon invasion of privacy, rights of publicity or other civil rights, or for any reason in connection with their authorized use of your physical likeness and sound. Except for a breach by Voiceplace, Inc. under this Consent and Release, you hereby release Voiceplace, Inc. and their successors, assigns, and licensees, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, causes of actions, costs, and expenses whatsoever, at law and in equity, known and unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, which you ever had, now have, or may, shall or hereafter have by reason, matter, cause or thing arising out of their use as herein provided.

Other legal stuff: If this contract has to be enforced, the law of California will apply and only California courts will have jurisdiction over the parties. We seriously hope to avoid any dispute with you, but if there is one, you agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for damages, including lost profits, lost savings, or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of your participation in the Program, even if you have advised us of the possibilities of such damages. Our maximum liability to you will be what you’ve paid us for to participate in the Program. If for some reason one part of this contract becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts are still enforceable.
